Nissan Marine began their North American operations in 1984 in Memphis,
Tennessee as a division of Nissan Industrial Equipment Co. Over the next 6
years, the Marine Division experienced explosive growth and in 1991 Nissan
Marine was separated from Nissan Industrial Equipment into a standalone
company. Nissan Marine moved their headquarters to their present location
in the Dallas, Texas area.
To meet the demands of today's boaters, Nissan Marine has begun introducing
their low emission, fuel-efficient four-stroke outboards. In their quest to
continually provide products using the latest technology, Nissan Marine has
introduced a new line of fuel injected, low emission outboards to match the
demands of the future marine market. All Nissan Marine outboards are
